It has a pretty high bypass ratio, so I’m not so sure. Could be very efficient.

Well, it does have grilles on both sides. And there’s prep area next to each grille with some sort of warming bin underneath, so that helps the space efficiency. It looks like there might be some sort of fridge on one side as well (and if not, there should be). The problem is trying to stuff rectangular things in tapered, round spaces - there’s just no way to make it work very well if you want it to look good, and I think they did a pretty good job with the aesthetics on this.
